Senior Embedded Software Engineer - Audio Codecs - Contract
A leading consumer electronics company is currently recruiting for an experienced embedded software engineer with strong knowledge with Audio coding for ARM devices for an initial 6 months at their research and development headquarters in Germany.
You will be responsible for the development of state of the art codec technology and audio compression technologies
Essential Experience
- Expertise in audio signal analysis and subjective/objective audio quality assessment.
- In depth knowledge of audio signal processing schemes in developing algorithms for audio applications
- Experience developing AAC based audio codecs
- Excellent knowledge of C/C++ in a low level embedded environment
