Senior Baseband Engineer - Hardware, PCB - Contract - Germany
A global electronics company specialising in the development of wireless chipset technology for mobile handsets is currently recruiting for a talented senior baseband engineer for an initial 6 month contract based in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the reference design of 2G/2.5G/3G mobile phone platform with a focus on hardware baseband
- Alignment with hardware architect team for reference design hardware architecture definition
- Selection of key components including memory etc
- Schematic design and PCB layout support and review
- Development of hardware baseband test plan and hardware test specification documents
Essential Experience
- At least 5 years hands on experience in hardware development for mobile handsets
- At least 5 years experience in hardware baseband design, verification and validation
- Familiar with Allegro schematics and PCB routing tools
