Senior Hardware Engineer - RF and Design - Edinburgh - £27,000 pa to £40,000 pa

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the engineering and technical aspects of IF, RF mixed signal and hardware digital signal processing
- Creating the design features of the receiver sub-system.
- Take responsibility for one or more of the following stages in the design life cycle: - design, design support for manufacturing, applied research, and development test.
Requirements
Design of IF, RF mixed signal, hardware DSP circuits and or sub-systems
Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:-
- ADC
- DAC
- DDS
- PLL
- IF design
- high speed mixed signal PCB design
- FPGA design Or
- Receiver system design
- familiar with current ECAD tools
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
