Mechanical Engineer - East Anglia

A Mechanical Engineer is needed for an exciting and rapidly expanding consultancy. The ideal candidate will hold a 1st or 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from a leading university and you will be proficient in 3D CAD, preferably Solidworks. This mechanical engineering position will suit a driven individual who is enthusiastic about taking on new challenges in a fast-moving company. You will need a fresh and inventive approach and you will have strong abilities in the majority of the following areas:

- at least 3 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer
- Manufacturing processes
- Analysis of static, dynamic, fluid or thermodynamic systems
- Manufacturing support
- Concept generation
- Materials selection
- 3D CAD (Solidworks preferred)

You will be responsible for developing mechanical designs for a range of products and processes in a variety of sectors. You will be working in an adaptive and creative environment with an enthusiastic team of talented Mechanical Engineers.
