Field Applications Engineer - Analogue - South West

Opportunity to join a Global Franchised Distributor of Electronic Components as the Analogue Field Applications Engineer (FAE) for the South West Region

Your prime responsibility in the position of Analogue Field Application Engineer will be to provide applications and design solutions on a range of Analogue products to the company's design engineering community, utilising previous design and product knowledge gained through education and experience within an Electronic Component Distributor or OEM environment.

As a Field Application Engineer you will work with the external sales team and strategic suppliers focusing on driving demand creation business within a defined customer base where you will influence product selection through demonstration and presentation of hi-tech products and development tools.

We invite applications from industry professionals with a proven track record of design and customer facing support gained within an Electronics Component Distributor or a closely associated OEM ideally technically qualified with a strong emphasis of experience in signal chain analogue or power electronics (ADC/DACs, DC/DC, PSU, Op-amps, PLLs) .Recently qualified engineers with limited commercial experience will also be considered.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, commercially astute, highly organised, motivated and able to focus on the end result.
