Connect44 has a fantastic new job opening based in Basingstoke, UK. We are searching for an experienced Radio Network Performance Engineer who has extensive experience in monitoring and optimising capacity in BSS/RAN networks.

Technical Requirements
- A good understanding of mobile networks, particularly at the BSC and RNC layer;
- Recent relevant industry experience – at least 2 years in the last 5 spent working in a relevant / related field;
- An understanding of NSN BSC and RNC products and / or Ericsson RNC products – in particular the key parameters which affect capacity;
- Ideally previous experience of 2G and 3G RAN planning on BSC’s and RNC’s and associated equipment;
- The ability to convert designs into plans.
