Job Description

Job Title: Applications Engineer for Sensors - Semiconductors
Location : Switzerland
Salary : 90,000 - 100,000 CHF

Our clients are a company who are active worldwide. A leading provider of microsystem technology solutions for the measurement of humidity, temperature, and flow. Due to growth and expansion they are currently seeking an Applications Engineer for Sensors to be based in Switzerland.

. BSc or MSc in the area of physics, microsystem technology, materials sciences, electronics or related areas
. Several years of experience in the c/c++ programming of microcontrollers in an industrial context
. Very good knowledge of hardware especially in the area of digital components
. An open mind for new procedures and technologies in the field of sensor signal processing
. Good spoken and written english language skills and fluency in German
. Design-ins and design-wins of solutions for microprocessor-controlled sensor modules
. Development of layouts, set-up and testing of functional samples/prototypes
. Joint Implementation with external assembly service providers
. Qualification of measurements and documentation of development results
