Our client is now searching for a Power Device MOSFET / IGBT Engineer to be responsible for developing new power products. The role will involve working with the fab manufacturing process engineers as well as the process integration department.
Desired qualifications for the Power Device MOSFET / IGBT Engineer include:
- strong semiconductor device experience (MOSFET / IGBT / High voltage / IC knowledge beneficial)
- process experience and knowledge of the high volume manufacturing environment
- excellent communication skills (Chinese beneficial)
- BSc or equivalent in Physics, Electronic Engineering.
